The Summer Carousel Holavatnet Round was first organized in 1983 and will be in its 43rd season in 2025. On average, about 100 people show up every Wednesday to exercise or test their fitness in the scenic course that runs around Holavatnet. The course is 3.1 km long, with 1.1 km of asphalt, 1.8 km of gravel road, and 0.2 km of asphalt, making it easy to bring a stroller along the route.
